This is how I sleep I guess?

This page is just for me to look back on so I can say "Oh! That's what I was doing when I was getting great sleep every night"

I was speaking to a middle aged lady about some conversations I've had with my fellow young adult males about optimising sleep, she laughed at me and was asking why us young blokes are so interested in such a thing? Which is a fair question, obviously its part of a self improvement culture, but additionally its a fairly cheap hobby that feels really great for the cost!

Unfortunately, these work. I was shocked when I put one on for the first time, I immediately identified my body feeling more relaxed/less stressed due to the ease of breathing.

Unfortunately, the street lamps on my street pierce through the edges of my god forsaken bedroom curtains all night. I've tried a few different crap masks, this ones good though.

Unfortunately, we live in a society. Cars drive past my god forsaken bedroom all night. I freaking hate cars and motorcycles disturbing my little ears when I'm trying to sleep!

Supplements

Every night I take magnesium and zinc, I often also take Melatonin but I try not to depend on it. I take two different types of magnesium; Bisglycinate & L-Threonate, because the latter is quite expensive.

In the past I have tried emodin & ashwaganda together & they certainly helped with stress and ease of falling asleep. However, I find that when I get a full sleep after a good dose of magnesium (among other things) that my stress is more manageable throughout the day.

Obviously me and the boys only sleep in the Uberman pattern
