Some photos of my different desks/setups over the years. Fun to see how things have changed over the years. These are definitely not in order lol

My current home desk setup, definitely the most high spec and usable but not particularly cool or techy.

I've got the specs listed on my websites index page for whatever reason

A classic, this was my desk when I was a teen, dota 2 had just come out and my mate convinced me to try it... just a couple of matches...

Played a lot of BF3 & Cod4 at this desk, always was trying to make maps for the games I played

This was also my first Windows computer so I loved it very dearly, It cost about $550 not including the GPU (Which was a Raedon HD 7770)

My first computer, this might have been even before my GPU had arrived in the mail, and obviously before I had a desk or monitor. I mainly used it for Photoshop CS6 since it was so much faster than my school laptop (even without the dedicated graphics)

I think I was pretty into music at this point.

I'd just landed my first real job and was saving up to finally get a good computer & screen.

Funnily enough the screen in this pic was pretty new. It was my first ever 1080p screen which I bought near the beginning of 2018 so I could better do 3D art. Good investment methinks

Follow on from the previous image, I finally booled out and got a massive 50 inch TV for my monitor. This was a trippy time period in my life.

Ended up getting rid of the desk shortly after and used a small TV cabinet (so I couldn't play dota 2 #addicted)

My current desk for electronics is there now instead. Don't use it as much as I should. (Actually I use it HEAPS now)

Running some mid spec 2018 era pc here which was generously donated to me by a close friend of mine.

Covid struck & I didnt have anywhere to put my work computer to work from home so had to smash down some old shelves and setup a shallow desk in their place overnight in between work days. Kind of stressful and very much a compromise

What was funny is that I didn't actually even have a desk at home at this point. I was using my PC with the TV which helped me not play so much dota since that's a pretty unpleasant way to play it lol.

Also the monitors didn't fit the stand as you can see in this picture, with them flaring out away from each other, totally unusable

My/our desk(s) in Melbourne 2017.

Me and Alex had a few computers in Melbourne which we used to 'make video games'.

None of which ever got finished but it was fun and productive regardless

Fun fact! We went on to make video games professionally together for the following half decade roughly

Camerwell desk but epic streamer edition mode. Such a swag mic setup

Honourable mention to when I used my electronics desk to set-up and test a bunch of Xbox 360s in preparation for a Halo 3 LAN

Another honourable mention; Alex using the coffee table and my old PC to play CS:GO with the rest of the Camberwell bros in our Melbourne house. Hes using an up-side down painting as a mouse mat.
